 Roy & Ruth Harrison

Child Evangelism Fellowship -- Moutier, Switzerland

Roy and Ruth became a Galmey Church supported missionary in the 1980’s. They have been missionaries since 1968 with CEF.

CEF is divided into eight regions with a Regional Director in each region that directs the work in that region. Roy has been the Regional Director for Europe until he stepped down May 16, 2010. He will continue working for CEF as the Area Director for 16 countries of Western Europe.

They were CEF missionaries in France for seven years from 1966 through 1973. In 1974 they began working at the European CEF Centre in Switzerland. For twenty years they served as Assistant European Directors and were in charge of the production of new literature item such as Bible lessons, training manuals, tracts, etc. Then in 1993 they began serving as the European CEF Directors where they have 530 full-time workers in 46 European countries.

• 3,500 Good News Clubs in Europe that teach the children the Word of God
• Mailbox Club correspondence course with three million booklets of "Meet the King" distributed in thirteen European languages and soon will be in all 41 languages
• Bible camps for the children
• Junior Youth Challenge manuals "The World"
• The flashcard series "God’s Wonderful Salvation" and "A New Life for Linda"
• Wonder Devotional Books – daily Bible study
• Wondersurf.com is now in 16 European languages
• Broadcast of a children’s 25 minute TV program in Denmark
• Most importantly, the children who are receiving Christ as their Savior
• His goodness. He has raised up workers to take the gospel to the children
• His faithfulness. The Lord has provided over the years for the needs of the work in 45 European countries
• His grace in saving thousands of children for His glory

• For God’s plan to be fulfilled in each of their lives
• For strength and wisdom for Roy in his many responsibilities
• To develop an ongoing ministry to the children of Cyprus, Kosovo, Sweden
• For the miracle of God’s provision in Russia
