Mike & Rachelle McInroe

New Tribes Missions -- New Tribes Mission Retirement Home

Mike & Rachelle McInroe became a budgeted Galmey Church missionary in the 1980’s. They worked with the Canamari Tribe in Brazil from 1986 to 1990 and came back to New Tribes Mission Headquarters because Rachelle had some health issues. They have been working in the New Tribes Retirement Center in Sanford, FL since 1990 serving the retired missionaries.

Mike’s parents are missionaries with New Tribe Mission. Rachelle was born in Bolivia and was adopted by a missionary couple from the United States.

Mike has resumed the main painting and maintenance job of the apartments at the Missionary Retirement Home along with extra jobs such as pouring concrete, laying tile and hanging drywall.. He also volunteers as a P E teacher at a small NTM private school at the International Headquarters. Rachelle does light housekeeping for the more independent residents of the adult living facility as her health allows.

Some of the goals for their ministry are:

• Continue to serve retired missionaries
• Having the opportunity to reach out to both friends outside the mission group as well as the unbelievers and to be able to have the time for these relationships

The McInroe’s have two grown children and one in high school. The two grown children have moved back home. Trusten is in a community college and Corrie is starting college. Danny is a sophomore at Orangewood Christian.

Please pray their monthly support will grow and that Rachelle’s health will continue to improve and stablize this year.
