Guy & Ruth Sier became budgeted missionaries in January 1997. Prior to 1997 the Sier’s received the Sunday school offering. They went to Indonesia in 1988 where they were going to enter a tribal ministry. They were asked to return to the US and track the security concerns around the world and handle crisis management for NTM. They returned and have been at headquarters in Sanford, FL working in the "Contingency Dept".

They both travel extensively conducting seminars for the missionaries. They also assist other mission organizations in debriefing of their crisis management teams in kidnapping situations as well as NTM. They are there for the NTM missionaries whenever there is a situation affecting them whether it be in Mexico, Bolivia, Panama, Columbia, Philippines, Africa or in any of the 27 different countries where NTM has missionaries. They want to keep each missionary out of harms way. They are more focused on the overseas based ministries with the missionaries working in hot spots under many different types of danger. They spent one year in the Philippines as part of the team dealing with the kidnapping of Martin & Garica Burnham.

• Pray they may continue to be responsive to the Lord, grow in Him and be available to be used by Him anywhere - with anyone - at anytime.
• Pray for their privilege of being involved in God’s work and having a small part of the Gospel going out to those who’ve never heard it.
